I'd say photoshop is the best program to make a faux prescription. There is no standard size. I've seen them from 3"x5" to full sheet 8.5"x11.5". The watermark will be the hardest part of doing it. You won't be able to use it however, because you need a valid DEA # to get anything filled.

Thank You so much for asking this question!! Unlike you I am a very small person. The Doc's seem to perscribe standard med's for everyone. My husband who is over 200 lbs gets the same prescriptions that I do. This has been explained by the fact that many medications only come in certain doses... it does seem wrong to me that we are both prescribed the same dose of med's.! This is especially true in the military community.. 800mg. of Motrin seems to be a cure all. I must tell you though that 10mg. Loritab is about as strong as you can get without going to a stronger medication. I have some pretty bad back problems and am on a dose of 7.5., there are times I will take another half, which would put me up to the 10mg dose. To take more at my size would not be very smart. I had a friend who is much larger than I am, over 200lbs who takes them 2 at a time... but... I wouldn't advise it... she has put herself in harmful situations more times than I can count... she was on 10's also... Put a phone call into your pharmacist and or your Doctor and ask them if they can up your dose for a day or two. Do ask... you wouldn't want to stop breathing just for a little added relief. Ask them about TRIGGER POINT INJECTIONS, these help a great deal!! But, it usually takes a good pain management person to administer the ones that really work! Ask too, about Lidoderm patches, Ice packs, hot pads...

They actually come in different sizes.
I'm sure pharmacists won't be able to tell that you made your own prescriptions, and the police will completely understand when you come up with an explanation for them, in the event that the pharmacist reports the bogus prescriptions.
