Hi! I'm a Filipino and I book a flight to singapore and will stay there for 4 days. What Itinerary can you suggest for a 4 day vacation?

I worked for about 8 months in big company. The working conditions are really harsh, the people are rude and looks down on others. So, one day after working for 8 months, I just can not imagine myself any more to be part of that big company so I decided to have a rush resignation. I was happy with my decision. But how come I feel bad and ashamed of myself, like it left a big scar in me. Whenever I apply for other comapnies, It is always brought up and they ask really difiicult questions putting me in rough waters. I am ashamed of myself and I don't want to be seen anymore specially by those people who worked on that comapny, Ive heard from a close friend of mine in that comapny that they had judged me and talk negative stories about me all the time and used me as a good example as a bad employee. Why? they don't even know my real story... Some of my friend collegues liked me because I was brave enough to resign regardless of the name of the company. but I really feel judge, like my conifdence really went down... Any advise... thanks!
