Windows 7 monitor setting?

Hi, I'm bothered because in just a few minutes the monitor of my laptop goes black and I have to press any key or move the mouse for the display to comeback. It's frustrating specially if you are reading an article. Can you help me on this?

    I think its the screensaver go to rightclick personalize screensaver and select none and apply it

    Find the "Power Settings" applet in control panel or in the lower right corner of your task bar and adjust when it turns off the monitor.

    Control panel/power options/change scheme options /turn off display after.....and chose the time
