OMG HIP-HOP EXPOSED, HIDDEN DEVICE?
You all remember the "On To The Next One" video from Jay Z, right? Well the clown in that video represented a old wrestler that would put a voodoo spell on his opponent in the WWE match. Well in that Jay Z video, there's chanting like a voodoo ritual, the chanting in the Jay Z song is "On to the next, on, on to the next one" and kept repeating throughout the sound. Well I watched the Lil Wayne "6 Foot 7 Foot" video via vevo on youtube and recognized the exact same clown from the Jay Z song is in the Lil Wayne new single. Also, to prove the point, the Lil Wayne song has chanting throughout the song also going something like "Oh na-na-na-na" or something like that. Is this some sort of universal mind controll like rapper/actor Common talked about throught his album; UMC [Universal Mind Controll]? I'm just saying, when I watched that Lil Wayne video, it hit me fast that hip-hop is some sort of I guess not mind controll but some how a way of getting society in a easy to change trance.

A ton of songs have a repetitive sound in them. It's called rythm. Maybe he used the same clown because him and Jay-Z are friends and "On to the next one" was a really popular video so he thought if he used it as well that it would help make it more popular.
I highly doubt that if they were trying to put people under a spell that they would use a few words from a Voodoo spell.
