Burning some fat problem what do i do wrong?
My doctor told me that i should burn some fat as that would be good for my health , but i have been in the kitchen all day and the house smells horrible and also all the burned fat makes it hard for me to breath , this can not be good for my health ? what do i do wrong

Clearly you are not burning enough fat, what your doctor wants you to do is to actually burn other fat poeple. Doctors all over the world are suggesting the same thing to overweight people, this originated after a world wide conference that took place in las Vegas this past winter. After pondering a way to cure the world of its rapidly increasing obesity rate that was the only plausible solution they could find.
The only thing i can say to you now is good luck my chubby friend.

I think the doctor meant burn some body fat, which can be accomplished by cardio exercise.

what are u talking about? he meant for u to be more active and burn calories..... exercise.... 4-5 days a week for 40 mins a session
open the window for freash air to get burnt smell out

he meant burn fat as in "burn some calories" or "lose fat/pounds", not literally burn fat foods. You need to eat less fatty foods and eat healthy foods like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, bran cereal, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, chicken, eggs, milk, low-fat yogurt, etc. And eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. walk for 30 minutes as well.

protecting a similar workout typical we could your muscle mass get used to it. Why do not you run at some point then swim the subsequent! Or make some ordinary for switching them out. solid good fortune!

I hear it is supposed to be good for getting rid of fat.
