Ok to ask a girl to lunch over FB?
Ok so there is this girl that lives in my building that I really like. Unfortunately, I run into her MAYBE twice a month (if I'm lucky). When we talk, we get along really well and I want to ask her out to lunch sometime soon (I'll be graduating college in less than two months). I don't have her number yet, but we're friends on facebook. I REALLY hate having to ask her to lunch over Facebook (in a private message), but I'm figuring that would be less awkward and she would be far less pressured than if I just showed up at her door randomly one day and asked. Any thoughts or opinions on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

That's totally fine! Just ask her out to lunch, don't point out it's a date. When you're at lunch, you can then just start chatting and take it from there. It's not bad at all - if you barely know her, knocking on her door randomly will probably creep her out!

well if you have no other way to see her why not? worse she can do is say no.
