what is a "cheeky fat git"?

I know its a British term but I have no idea what it means.

    Cheeky means "smartass" and git means "jerk" and I believe fat just means fat.

    Cheeky Git is normally said when you are freinds with someone. Adding fat in the middle, you may not like them. Some people take this seriously, and if your friends then its just a bit of banter.
