Yes it is part of her scam. She is trying to figure out why the baby got left at the church. She doesnt know it yet but im sure she will figure out that the baby she has been taking care of along is Lucy.

I wished she would have lost it five years ago....very annoying.......but not as bad as Siobhan accent on GH.......yes it is a scam.
