Is this considered an eating disorder?

If you don't like to eat in front of people you know

If you have to eat in front of people you know, you eat just a little or none

If you think you're fat

If you wear baggy clothes

I consider it a weird behaviour. Do you have insecurities of your physical appearance or any feelings of humility and such?

I think this is a redundant behaviour (eating small amounts of food around people you know). If you're with friends, I think it wouldn't be the same around your family.

If you are a student, ask your health or Science teachers.

Not necessarily...but it sounds like a body image issue or case of low self esteem.

If you had to eat every single meal with people you know..from here on out...would you consume an unusually low number of calories for all of those meals...or would you eventually eat and just deal with the uncomfortable feelings you have?

As long as you actually eat if your not with other people, then no. This sounds more like a self esteem problem.

Could be. If you are a female and old enough to have a menstrual cycle and you have not had a menstrual cycle in 2 months then, yes, you could be anorexic.
