Microsoft Word Question?
Running Word 97 with Windows 7 and the program will not pull up to the screen. It moves from the bottom toolbar and "scoots" off the screen to the left when I try to open a document. Oddest thing I've ever seen! Any ideas anyone? It worked fine for many months and started this crap 2 days ago.

Sounds like it was moved off screen somehow. You might be able to grab the last pixel with the cursor and move it back.
If that fails, try this LKT (Little Known Trick) :
1. Right-click its button on the Taskbar (the "bottom toolbar") and select Move.
2. The cursor will change to a cross with four arrowheads. (It might be offscreen, too.) You can now use the arrow keys to move the window back onto the screen.
3. When you're done, click the left mouse button.
Hope that helps.

In a search of old Yahoo!Answers, I found these from 2 months ago. Both regard the incompatibility between the older program and newer OS. Hope they help... I still prefer my WordPerfect 9 (2000).
