Still cover them up, it does matter. If you just let them show people are going to think it's for attention. I'm not saying it is, but that's what would happen, and that **** will follow you for the rest of your life at least while youre still in school.

If they end up freaking out because it's visible, you'll have to settle that with them.

It depends on whether you actually like hoodies, (are they cute or comfortable to wear) or if you're able to cover up your cuts (...or if you don't care if they show.)

Who were you originally hiding the cuts from?

Your parents? Or classmates/friends? (or both?)

Addition: Good. Then the hoodies are up to you, based on your preference of fashion.

If you're not embarrassed by the scars, arent afraid of letting your teachers see it, and dont care how many people gawk at you, sure. But mind you, teachers do like to report what they see if you are a minor, your parents may have to deal with social workers. It happens.

instead of asking questions about if you should wear hoodies, you should be asking questions about how you can become mentally stable so your not cutting yourself. go see a therapist hun.
