Is my diet decent enough?

I am 15/5'11/135 and my waist side is 30. The problem is that I am skinny as hell yet my waist size is pretty big for me so I would like to lose some weight.

Monday: Breakfast-Bran Flakes with banannas

Lunch- 1 slice of pizza

Snack- Sliced apple with caramel

Dinner: Tilipia of fish with white rice

2nd snack: Vanilla fat-free yogurt

Tuesday: Breakfast-Same as Monday

Lunch-Same as Monday

Snack-Same as Monday

Dinner-Spagetthi with normal tomato sauce

2nd Snack-Same as Monday

Wednesday:Breakfast-Same

Lunch-Same

Snack-Same

Dinner-Palomillia Steak with white rice and 2 fried eggs

2nd Snack-Same

Thursday:Breakfast-Same

Lunch-Same

Snack-Same

Dinner-Lean Pork with white rice and fried egg

2nd Snack-Same

Friday:Breakfast-Same

Lunch-2 american bread which chicken tenders and chesse in the middle

Snack-Same

Dinner-4 chicken tacos with shredded cheese

2nd Snack-Same

Saturday/Sunday: Whatever I want but I don't get overboard with the fattening food

    ok if you wanta smaller waist-- DONT LOSE WEIGHT!! your at a very very low weight and might be underweight!!!

    i would suggest just doing a few crunches every day, maybe about 60-70, and itll flatten your little ""belly bulge"". trust me, weightloss is not necessary.

    please trust me with this-- youll be fit for summer hun:)
