4. If for some reason you're product doesn't arrive and the seller is not replying to you ebay contact messages, let ebay know and get your refund.

Craigslist:

1. Meet in an open area like a super market and let the buyer know ahead of time you will inspect the phone.

2. When you meet inspect the phone fully. Turn it on, check the buttons play with it a little.

3. Do not give the person cash until you check the product out.

4. Understand that if something goes wrong, you are out of luck, and will most likely never see this person again.
