When looking at forclosed homes I see the latest update says:

listed by bank:

his property was foreclosed and now the lender is selling it for $X.

Zillow's Foreclosure Estimate predicts this property will sell for $Y.

why is Y significantly higher than X?

last summar I started having red spots all over my back and shoulders and arms. It got worse and then it got better, but over the past year and a half it has never gone away

I have gone to the derm/doc 4 times for this. in the order of diagnosis:

a) first derm said it was folliculitis

b) doc said it was also folliculitis and proscribed me doxycycline as an antibiotic to treat it, it got much better but never went away.

c) derm then said it was just acne. lame.

d) derm said they couldn't tell for sure.

but needless to say, its still hanging around, actually, its spreading- now I have it on my neck and face. I thought I might as well also ask the internet- here is a (non graphic) image I took of my neck. http://i.imgur.com/fXemrV7.jpg

I do not have much experience buying land and have been interested in buying some undeveloped land for some time now. I found some wooded land for sale for $1,250/acre and wondered if anyone had any thoughts. Is that about right nor not?

Why does it do that?? It confused me.

one of my questions was deleted for absolutely no reason at all, it violated no rules. so is there any process to go through to appeal or at least retrieve the question and its answers back?

android 4.0 was supposed to eliminate fragmentation, as they said it will be "one OS everywhere". is that referring to only the merging of tablets and phones OSs? or does this mean many phones will support 4.0 and will be able to update soon?

I understand that the galaxy nexus as the introductory google phone should get it first, but isnt it a little ridiculous how terribly fragmented the updates are for other android phones? many phones are only just getting 2.3 or even still on 2.2. If google wants android to be anything worth switching to then they should have a standard OS on most all phones quickly.

I hated waiting for gingerbread for my lower-end LG optimus s, which was just released.

does the release of ice cream sandwich fixing fragmentation mean that most all phones will get the update at relatively the same time? or will it be like gingerbread where there are months apart between each phone getting it?

cuz that would be frustrating for it to release and not get it.

if CO2 is causing all this warming... then why do all the ice core records show that when temperature increases... CO2 levels follow behind? nearly always. shouldn't it be the other way around if anthropic global warming were real?

CO2 has been around since the formation of earth, helped life grow every step of the way, is essential to vegetation which covers about 70 percent of land, and is colorless, odorless, and tasteless?

my a/c is hissing, I just put on an a/c belt (before there was none because it broke). before the belt there was no hissing coming from the dash. Back before my other a/c belt broke the hissing was only when my a/c was ON, now its all the time?

would simply recharging the freon fix this?

also, My a/c unit connected to the belt starts smoking often, what does this mean?

My car now vibrates (more at higher rpm) after I changed the serpentine and a/c belt myself? my car seems more sluggish? is this because of the tension of the belts or the tensioner? Im afraid I might snap the belts when driving

websites or something, to get perhaps a htc evo shift?

I bought a Asus motherboard off of newegg about two weeks ago, worked just fine until it suddenly stopped recognizing keyboard and mouse. when I boot it wont let me do anything, Iv tried every usb port and still no connection... yet the mouse shows it has power.

the model is GIGABYTE GA-880GMA-UD2H

It started acting up with the wlan and would disconnect, so I went into bios and pressed the button to return bios to "failsafe defaults" saved and exited and thats when the keyboard and mouse problems started to occur...

is it my motherboard? do I need to replace it?

I have used jungle flasher twice before with no problem, I use a sata cable connected from dvd drive to motherboard of computer. Now, though, Everytime I try to flash it to Ixtreme LT+ so I can play the newer games it can not see my DVD drive.

My Drive is currently Ixtreme LT 1.1 fw

I use Windows vista 32 bit.

What can I do to fix this... very frustrating. thanks.

I want to know how we can see and know the temperature, climate, size, mass, and ability to hold life when a planet is as far as... lets say.... 20 light years away?

i noticed that my high beams on my car are not that much brighter than the regular. BUT if i hold the brights lever back just enough before it clicks to high beam, it is much brighter and whiter than the actual "brights". is there any way to adjust the headlights to use that power as brights? and also, i only have one bulb each side... any way to adjust voltage or anything
