What is a reasonable price for undeveloped land in Missouri?

I do not have much experience buying land and have been interested in buying some undeveloped land for some time now. I found some wooded land for sale for $1,250/acre and wondered if anyone had any thoughts. Is that about right nor not?

    Dependent on many factors:

    Is the land easily accessible by road?

    Does the road run right up to the property?

    What are future development plans? (Will they build a sewage or power plant next to it?)

    Are utilities available (water, sewage, power, telephone, cable. trash collection)?

    How well does the property drain? Is it subject to flooding?

    Is the property subject to settling?

    What is the fire danger?
