You should have received an email with either the headline "Your question has been reported by the Y! Answers community" or "Violation Notice email". Open that, and there will be a link to an appeal form.
If you didn't get the email, you can also find the appeal form here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/ph/yahoo/answers/first_app...
If you win, your question and all the answers it received will be restored, and those who reported it will lose reporting influence in the future.

Reporter trolls reported your question/answer for being a chat violation of the community guidelines. You should appeal the violation. Open your e-mail in box and scan for a "Your question/answer has been reported by..." header. That's a violation notice. Open the message. Toward the bottom of message there's a hyperlink that will take you to the appeal form. Click the top button. In the Details box, type "Exactly HOW does this question/answer violate the CG in ANY way?” Submit the appeal. When you win the appeal, your question/answer will be restored.
