Air Force re-training info please?

I am coming up on my window for retrain, and would like some info on the following jobs:

space systems operations

sensory operator

intel

flight engineer

space systems and missile maintenance

I'm looking to know things like how often you deploy, what can you do in the civilian world, what the job is about, where you can go, and if you work or have worked in one of them would you recommend it?

If you have info on any of the above i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!

Update:

I'm currently in the med group (medical admin). I'm SrA with all 5's on my EPR's.

What career field are you in now?

To retrain into Flight Engineer you must come from a feeder career field, 1A or 2A careers typically. Also must be at least an E-4, Strong performance reports, pass a Class III flight physical.
