Movie - Stalker paints his body to blend into the walls of his victim's home. Title?

Question

I've been searching for information on this movie for years. I was just visiting Youtube and someone posted the same question under another movie.

I have very little to offer in the details. 

I recall a man stalking a woman, or many women. In one scene, a woman enters her home which has a fairly colorful brick wall. Once she walks past it, the camera moves closer to the wall and you see a pair of eyes open. It's the man who has painted his body to blend into the wall.

I would really appreciate those who would offer helpful answers.

When a Stranger Calls Back (1993 TV movie)
IMDb synopsis:
Julia (Jill Schoelen) is babysitting two children while their parents are out for the evening. At one point, a stranger (Gene Lythgow) knocks on the door, asking Julia if she can call the auto club so he can get a tow. However, she discovers that the phone line is dead. This is all part of the act, as he has made his way inside and abducted the two children. Years later, Julia has become an introverted college student. She claims the stalker is back haunting her. Enter Jill Johnson (Carol Kane of "When a Stranger Calls") and now-retired cop John Clifford (Charles Durning also of "When a Stranger Calls"), who have reunited to help Julia find the stalker. Can they stop him before he strikes again?

The action picture is "It takes 2" with Mary-kate and Ashley Olsen, Kirsty Alley, and Steve Guttenberg. between the ladies is an orphan at a summer season camp and the different is staying along with her father at an extremely effective dwelling house close to to the camp. They meet and desire to alter places. It seems they have been twins who have been separated. The nutrition combat happens while Kirsty Alley and Steve Guttenberg start up throwing butter and then macaroni and cheese at one yet another. Then they flow wash off interior the lake. I havn't considered that action picture in continually. I used to like it!
