Your hymen can still be intact after being fingered but it can pop through normal things like school sports, riding a bike or horse, inserting a tampon or even just falling over can pop it. If it is still intact after everything then yes a finger can pop it. Remember some girls are born without a hymen then there are some that need a doctor to break it for them. But in a way you are still pure as intercourse has not taken place. Fingering and oral is just messing around and not true sex.
