Are your scars ugly or beautiful?

Nothing scars more than the sting of love ---- like the thorn from a rose. From them, we are reminded how we gave ourselves up and out without reserving shields. If wounds are incurred outside of love, they won't leave such indelible mark in us. That is why my scars are from the most beautiful experiences I had.......and I won't even try to hide them.

Let's take a look:

Appendectomy scar, not beautiful at all, extremely ugly

Hernia scars, not beautiful, kinda hidden

Gall Bladder scars: One is extremely ugly, the other 3 are kinda hidden

The scar on my forehead where my brother was pretending he was John Wayne & belted me with the butt end of his cap gun: In the hairline, so not ugly.

I hate scars, mine are ugly. I have some on my knee from a surgery, it looks like two eyes and a mouth. If they had just put a cut in middle for a nose.

I guess it depends where they are. Some scars are beautiful, especially if they have a good story attached to them, like how you were fighting off tigers in Africa or something like that. Real heroic stuff. It's also nice when they're attached to good memories, like an accident which turned out to be rather funny in retrospect. lol :-)

Operations leave scars which,on me,are covered up.

I hadn't heard that quote before .....I have a few beautiful scars .. but maybe one ugly one as well ..

I have a few beautiful ones but most are ugly in my opinion.

I have a scar on my arm from when I was little. A boy bit me, because I beat up his braty sister.

But I forgave him for biting me even though I haven't seen him in 14 years.

Possibly a combo of both... Scars are memories of good and bad
