Any chance of hiring cars at the age of 18/19?

Question

I have been looking for car hires, but everywhere they say I have to be 21.

I would like to like hire exotic cars like Mercedes SL63 or something like that, but I don't know if I could do that at the age of 19. (I'm 19)

Are there any chances?

Hiring a car at the age below 21 yrs can be bit tricky as most of the car rental companies won't let you hire car as you are short of driving experience. Also it depends upon the type of car you are hiring as if your are hiring a economy car then some car rental companies can agree ton rent you a car but if you are asking for exotic cars then each and every company will say no to you.

Hiring of exotics is a specialized area and many of them require you to be much older than the usual 23 which is required for hiring a standard car.  Plus the costs can be several hundred pounds per day ( around Â£500 for a SL63) and a large authorization on your credit card against damage.

There aren't any car hire companies in the U.K. that will hire to anyone under the age of 21 or who hasn't held a full U.K. licence for at least 12 months.

There are no exceptions.
