Selling Question- Is this illegal?
I bought several pairs of body jewelry on several websites, including eBay. Now that I have stretched, they no longer fit me, and I'd like to sell them. I would sell them for a bit less than I paid, in a lot auction. However, several of the pairs were actually bought from eBay vendors who still are selling similar or exact pairs that I own. Since I bought the plugs already, re-selling them would not be illegal, correct?
Ok, I figured that. I was just worried that since the vendors will be able to see their plugs being sold by someone else, they might have some obscure legal recourse. Better safe that sorry

You own them, you can resell them. Once an item is sold, the original owner no longer has any control over resale.

Once you have brought and paid for an item it's yours to do with as you please. That includes reselling them. This is legal.
