In all honesty, I hate the LaDD loop, Leyvateen barely ever comes out for me and when it does, I go for a Dragion play. I could see swapping one D. Prison for something but not all 3. And as far as Avarice goes, you make at least 2 Synchro's a turn, so I like 2.
I do however like that you mentioned CoTH
And Torrent for that matter, didn't think of adding those cards

1 Pot of Avarice is enough I would say.
No LaDD? Honestly, I love the LaDD combo with Dragunity Arma Leyvaten, it also overwhelms your opponent making you in charge of the field. (As a monster)
3 Dimensional Prison is overkill, I'd just run Torrential Tribute, Mind Control, Call of the Haunted, or some other staples...
So overall, I'd say
-1 Pot of Avarice
+1 Light and Darkness Dragon
-3 Dimensional Prison
+1 Torrential Tribute
+1 Mind Control
+1 Call of the Haunted
