I'm assuming you're asking about the first picture, right?
That is an Indian Glass Fish, or a "Chanda Ranga" A peaceful tetra-like fish that stays small. And yes, that is its true colour, un stressed. These fish are unfortunatly victims of being dyed to be different colours, but a clear one is a healthy one. :)

The first photo, was the fish just put into its home recently before the pic was taken? I ask because when stressed (getting bought, moved, etc) the fish can be paler than normal, it might help identify it.
Or is it always that color?
all of them look like some kinds of tetras or barbs, you could try googling something like: tetra species + pictures, and see if you find something that matches. That's what I do when walmart/ petsmart forget to label their fish lol.

Indian or Asian Glass fish. Parambassis Ranga. Also known as the Painted Glass fish.
