I ate artichoke and breastfeed - my stomach hurts!?

Can I still breastfeed my baby after I ate artichoke? My stomach is cramping and I am afraid for my baby.

    Yes. There's nothing wrong with artichokes. Maybe you just don't tolerate them well.

    If your thinking food poisoning then yes you can still breastfeed. It doesn't pass through breastmilk.
