I am 15, 170 pounds, and 5'4". Diet and exercise help?

I already drink a lot of water and milk. In fact that's pretty much all I drink. So I don't know why that hasn't done anything,

Then there is the fact that I don't really exercise at all because It is already really hot where I live, so no running outside unless I want to die, and no money to get a gym membership.

I have been overweight for a while and now, well I have 2 dances coming up and both my dresses want me to lose about 10 pounds.

Lastly, I am very bad with sticking to things. I have said a million times I will diet but it never happens because I am hungry ALL THE TIME! Ugg.

So can someone please help?

    There are alot of cardio exercises you can do without even leaving the comforts of your room. Most of them are on youtube, just type in cardio workouts and you will get a bunch of videos of how to work out at home, they are very helpful. Just be really careful to stretch really good before you do any of them because even though it seems to be alot easier it really is not and if you them wrong you can pull a muscle and do some serious damage. And by the way milk has fat, so you should really try to switch to soy milk or at least 2% or skim.

    Okay, I don't wanna sound like a total b*tch, but your just giving yourself excuses not to exercise.

    Okay, well, have you realized that milk is fattening too? You can't have too much milk. 2% is the worst.

    Okay if you can't get a membership that's fine. Now if its too hot.... dude go in the evening

    its cooler during the evening... and "unless I wanna die" is a total exaggeration, because any exercise will be a pain in the ***, and you can bring water and a hat. If you go biking where there's lot of a down hills, the wind can cool you off by going down kay. I have worked out in the boiling hot, and its hard but you ain't gonna die.

    And you know what, I'm telling you this right now, everyone who is trying to lose weight on this site, loves food. And in all honesty, can you really tell me that when you wanna go eat food your stomach is rumbling? Or is it cause you want to eat it. If your serious about this, you need to be able to throw out that food, or your never gonna be happy with your appearance. No pain No gain. Good luck.

    I've misplaced five pounds in my first week. It's my tenth day and I have incorporated salad with a few protein (eg. egg/ lean bird) as you prompt. After four years of making an attempt, the fats is eventually coming off. It real seems like magic! Get began in these days!
