on my Youtube account how can i set it too that only people can add me as a friend only if i approve friends, as i don't want to let anyone just add me too their friends list by auto .i need to set it so that i have to approve friends add only how can that be set up that way on my youtube account

It is already that way. If somebody clicks the Add as Friend link on your profile an email is sent to you letting you know and giving you the final say whether or not to approve it.
