when you are online @ youtube if someone sends you a message is their any sound settings to set so a sound will will bleep to say you have new message anyway to here a sound bleep on you're pc ?

on my Youtube account how can i set it too that only people can add me as a friend only if i approve friends, as i don't want to let anyone just add me too their friends list by auto .i need to set it so that i have to approve friends add only how can that be set up that way on my youtube account
