Are you put off movies ?

umm no cause i just go and see a movie...i dont go based on what critics or imdb say.... i go on whether the trailer looks good...even if it doesnt i go see it anyways cause one of my friends will make me go see it even if i dont think it looks good..... :)

I don't care about movie reviews be it from professional or the public, I prefer to see a movie myself and see if I like it or not. Take Meet Dave, I liked it as a family movie, it got low ratings .. even with the last movie of The Mummy, I just finished watching it and I liked it unlike others.

I tend to make up my own mind. If I really want to see it, I'll go to the theater anyway. Otherwise I'll wait for it to come out on DVD.

Some movies you just have to see on the big screen so waiting for the DVD isn't really an option.

I go by my own impressions of it, there are quite a lot of films that I love that the critics say aren't good, like the Resi films, or tomb raider, so I don't take any notice of them:)
