Hi there.
It depends on your age I suppose. It's a decent start but you need a few changes.
1. Youtube's community is not one gender. Change your theme settings so the text isn't purple. Otherwise you're cutting out the chance of catching your attention to half the community.
2. Never use a background image of yourself. It looks cheesey. Perhaps get a nice theme custom made, maybe using some editing software like Photoshop to make your channel look more appealing.
3. Include alot of tags in your description. You can only add like 50 tags in a video, but unlimited in a description. Key words are vital.
