pregnancy pains at 12 weeks?

So I'm curious as to what "pains" and things that are uncomfortable are normal at this point.

The things I'm going through right now are:

1. hips feeling achy, they do not feel better unless I am laying down on my side with a pillow between my knees

2. sometimes when I sneeze I feel like I get this pain pretty much where the baby is and it feels like a stretching and tightening at the same time, it hurts, but that's just when I sneeze

3. No matter if I'm walking or laying down, I feel as if my whole stomach, mainly where the baby is, I have this feeling of fullness. I'm not really sure how else to explain it, but it's basically just heavier and I know the baby isn't that big so I was just curious.

Thanks for any help, this is my first and I swear I google and read so much about pregnancy stuff and what not haha.

Yep I have most of the same pains. Mine started around 11 weeks in my hip and groin. I asked my doctor and she told me it was round ligament pain. I still have lots of aches in my groin area and when I sneeze sometimes my stomach feels like it pulls. I am 17 weeks. Good luck!!

Everything begins to swell and stretch. Its not the baby because the baby is tiny. Its your muscles and ligaments beginning to stretch in preparation. The full feeling is also from your body beginning to store more fluids. It is all normal and can be quite uncomfortable.

All of those are normal. Just wait until you have round ligament pain. THAT'S fun! lol. ;) Good luck!
