In NJ, What's the difference between Special Learners Permit and an Examination Permit?

I know..

There's the Special Learners Permit

Then, Examination Permit

Then, Provisional Drivers License

And last but not least. there's the BASIC DRIVERS LICENSE

* So, I know you get your Special leaner's permit after you pass the written test. After you pass the written test, you practice for 6 months(w/ someone 21 and older + 3 or more years experience) . Then, after that you take your test drive and if you pass you get your provisional license which last for a year. After all that is completed than you FINALLY get you basic license.

So my question really is, when does the Examination permit comes in? (LOL) and please, correct me if im wrong with the above Information! :)

    I don't live in NJ.

the best thing would be to call the office and ask as they would be able to give you the most informative answer.
