Is "Global Travel" another scam to sell me a timeshare?
My wife got a voicemaill saying she won a Lincoln Navigator and to call back a certain number. When she called back she was told she won 1 of 4 different items ranging from a Lincoln Navigator on down to a 32" TV. She was talked into making an appointment for her and I to go to a meeting of some sort to claim one of those 4 prizes tomorrow afternoon. We have to bring proof of ID and a valid credit card to qualify, to claim the prize.
Have any of you run into a deal like this? Is it a scam? Are we winners, or gonna-be suckers?
