Youtube problems with ad?

I am having trouble with youtube right now. In the past, I was able to watch videos unencumbered by ads. Now I have to watch a 15 second commercial every 6 videos or so it seems. I can deal with that. But right now youtube is crashing on this damn Kia Forte ad about half a second in, and won't load it up past that point. Every time I try and go to a new video or refresh or delete my cookies or anything, it wants me to watch that ad first and because it can't complete, I can't get to any videos! Any suggestions?

did you guys try to right click the ad then click block with adblock plus or foof?

If you have firefox get this addon called adblock plus heres the link --->

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adb...

It eliminates just about all ads not only on youtube but on most other sites.

If adblock doesn't work try the foof addon i never see any ads and i use foof i just thought adblock was better thats why i recommended it.

it's probably because the "Allow non-intrusive advertising" is enabled. If the box is checked, uncheck it. Also update the filters, sometimes they fail to update
