Can USED OIL be made NON-HARMFUL?
I have an engineer saying that used engine oil can be made safe for the environment by reprocessing and mixing it with additives before disposal into a river. I believe this is NOT possible, but can't find references to these facts, can you help with links to show this "Engineer"?
