alter ("mark" or "color") packets in a .pcap file?
is there an easy to use/script windows tool that can parse a .pcap file and alter some flags or fields in the packets, and save the resulting packets to a new file? for instance, take a bunch of ICMP packets and flip some bits in the IP headers?
