dui clases that are accepted by the state of California but that are out of state?

dui is 8 yrs old, havent likved in CA for 6. Dui class is required but we have to obtain a waiver form?? anyone know what form this is? We called DMV in Ca and t\he said I "think" its this form. Thinking isnt good enough for me, i want ot know for sure. need to find a dui class online i guess . im not going to pay 600 for a class just to find out they wont accept it. Anyone know what online or other DUI classes that are accepted by ca dmv but NOT located ca? I Dont live In ca , im in TN

Update:

ok dont judge! this is not my personal situation for one, and two, the reason it has taken so long is because this person was across the country. had not been able to show up for court, took long time to save up miney to fly out there and get a lawyer , go to court and get things figured out. and fly home. it was not that easy to take care of it asap. $$$ was always a big problem. grrrr i knew someone would get snoody on me. ppl frick up. at least this person is trying to take care of it and not one of the losers who gets multiple duis.

Update 2:

anyone that has delt with Ca dmv can tell you they give you the run around! the only option was to save money and fly out there ,its absoluley impossible to handle just over the phone. sry i got offended when someone was dising my question. have a good day =)

Apply for Termination of California DMV's Suspension Action based on Out of State Residency

You have to contact Mandatory Unit and order the 1650 Waiver form from DMV at

    Tel. (916) 657-6576 or Fax (916) 657-5942.

You also need to provide an SR-22 and affirm that you will not return to California for three years.

That's the only way to avoid doing the alcohol program in California.

What DMV says, absent having done a program in California, you in theory can't drive here

for three years, and you must file the forms or you'll never be able to drive in California again,

even on a valid out-of-state license.

    The1650 Waiver includes a DL-300 for purposes of an out-of-state SR22.

The 1650 Waiver packet has explicit instructions on how to complete the affidavit and

what supporting documents are required for approval by the DMV.

You have to request the waiver and the DMV must note the file so when the

completed waiver is returned to the DMV it can be processed.

There have been problems with the waiver being processed when it

wasn't noted on the record that a waiver was sent.

You supposedly can only apply for this waiver once in a lifetime, according to DMV.

This is honestly the most lackadaisical attitude I think anybody can possibly have towards this situation. It's eight years old and you're just now getting around to thinking about taking care of it?
