please help me with this?

i really want to lose 20 lbs by the end of may but i need some really good tips on how to stay motivated because i will start off fine for a few days then its down the drain. My main concern is food like what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat because working out is not an issue. can anyone help me out PLz!! thanks

    only meat is chicken no other meet .

    no bread no pasta no rice

  • Simply don't have any bread, rice, pasta, pastry or alcohol. You can have almost anything else. Your weight will drop off very rapidly. (probably 6lbs in the first week).
