do not jump into sex too soon in a relationship it will hurt the relationship and make it all about sex. and a relationship based on sex is not a real relationship its doomed .
kissing is fine after 2 weeks but get to know him better before you go any farther and also only do what your comfortable doing and do not let him or anyone else push you into doing anything you don't feel is right.
there is not a set time to wait.

Your sexual experiences and timing of them should never be based on what you other people will think of you. Do you feel ready for this? Does it seem like that's what his focus is? Those are far more important things to figure out. I know what I've found to work is to take it in steps. Hand jobs first couple weeks if it works out... oral things couple weeks after that and sex after 1-2 months. That's ME personally for everyone it's different.
If you pace a relationship sexually like that it keeps the chase going, interest high and respect levels up. If you sleep together in the first couple weeks or even month it will almost always sabotage a relationship.

If you have to ask strangers online, you're too young to be dating, much less participating in sexual activity...you barely know each other...why not ask your Mom when it's time to let a boy stick his fingers "there"???
...and this is Marriage & Divorce, things that should be MANY years in your future (if at all)...

Wait. Why rush it? You don't even really know this guy. Take your time and enjoy the innocent fun.

If you're 14 NO
If you're 16 NO
If you're 22.....sure why not.
I will give you different answers based on how old you are.

You should wait until you feel ready....and that goes for anything.
Never give in to pressure.

maybe you should wait just to make sure there is something more to the relationship than sexual pleasure
