My neck and left shoulder really ache, but I can move them fully without pain. Analgesics are not helping.?

Any suggestions as to the cause and what I can do?

    You may have a pinched or trapped nerve,Have a word with your doctor about it.

    Try getting a good neck massage. Your muscles could be very tight and you need to loosed them up. Hope this helps! :)

    nerve interference. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
