KPIL Runways Status - Port Isabel, Texas?

Does anyone have experience with the runways at Port Isabel? Runway 13/31 has been improved, but I am interested in knowing the conditions of the other three runways, actual experience landing and taking off would be helpful. The published FAA and AOPA info is not current. I will be flying there in a Cirrus SR22. Thanks.

AirNav data is current as of 3/10/2011 looks like there are some issues but shouldn't be that big of one for the Cirrus since the weight isn't all that heavy.

You can also just call the Airport if you need to, I have called a couple when in doubt.
