Is the indoors of a state university considered public for the purposes of photography?

There are some annoying students at my school who have been taking photos of people for fun against their will and putting them on facebook. Does this mean a commuter cannot do homework on campus without giving away their right to not be photographed?

    No. Report them to university security.

    that's definitely illegal, it's also illegal to put pictures on facebook without publishing rights, contact fb and report them

    if you live in a US state, they are acting within the law
