There will be no new teams in the NHL next year. The trade deadline has already passed, but this link lists all the trades that occured

They will announce it on Tuesday, April 26th @ 2:37am. It will be on Pay Per view . . . They said they were going to hide it under a fake title . . . make sure you buy everything that is available around that time so you don't miss it! Good luck!
