Which camera should I get?

I have a budget of around 200-350 and want a good digital camera.

The choice is between these TWO, no others. They are what I want/need for them to do. The main difference is control and MP.

The Nikon has more MP at 14.1, but has less controls and features.

The Fujifilm has 10.1 MP, but a very good lens and great options.

The Fujifilm is also a bit more expensive.

Wow, that is some zoom lens on the Fuji. I am partial to Fuji as they really go the extra mile for their customers. I have a Fuji S20 Pro (long since discontinued), the screen turned white. Call Fuji. requested I send the camera in. Did that and requested an estimate. Rec'd back, and at no charge.

I don't know what the problems was , but assume it was a manufacturing defect. Given the camera's age they could have told be to "take a long walk on a short bridge".... But hey didn't! Now that's a company I like to spend my money with!
