* i know about its history, the health issues, taking care of it
*!* i know im young, it may be a dumb idea, but i like it. Its something different and i would love to get :)

I don't agree with the first answer. I have a tongue ring and I definately won't ever do that x.x I believe that is like the nastiest thing ever invented. I think you should do it. Healing was really easy and chicken anything was my best friend afterwards when my tongue was swollen. I think you should do it. :o) After awhile you will stop biting down on it cause you will till you get used to it.

Tongue piercings are mostly for BJs. Don't get it done. They're trashy,
