Does a drop of blood from your finger determine everything about you ? I mean the pricking your finger method. Does it also determine if you are 2 or 3 ethnicities (ex: Half American, Half Japanese) ?

It doesn't determine everything, but you can determine genetic traits carried, including your ethnicity and ancestry.

No. The finger stick tests check only ONE thing at a time -- like blood sugar or cholesterol level.
For more complicate things (like DNA samples) they need A LOT more blood than that -- like 1/2 a test tube of blood. In this case they will do an actual BLOOD DRAW.
