I strongly suggest you visit http://www.bayt.com/en/uae/, The Middle East’s #1 Job Site, where you can find jobs in the UAE, jobs in Kuwait, jobs in KSA or jobs in the Middle East in various fields (Jobs in IT, jobs in engineering, jobs in business, jobs in marketing, jobs in finance, etc...). Once you register, make sure you build your CV online and apply actively to jobs that may be of interest to you.
I personally found Bayt.com to be very effective, not only did I get a lot of job offers through the site, but I also ended up working for Bayt itself! :)
