*Harry Potter
*Lord of the rings
*Narnia
*Eragon
are all good books. Narnia and Rings being the best by far. The author of Narnia wrote another series called "The Space Trilogy" which is even better in my opinion. "The Last Apprentice" series by Joseph Delaney is another awesome read. The Abhorsen Trilogy and the Keys to the Kingdom series by Garth Nix are masterful to say the least. Which Frank Peretti Books have you read? The Darkness books are a must read if you haven't checked them out yet. If you liked Peretti then you might want to check out Ted Decker. They're similar authors. I'm reading The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss right now, and it is completely awesome.

I will also suggest Song of the Lioness by Tamora Pierce because I've been told it's a great series and it's similar to the books you mentioned.
Out of the ones you mentioned I think you should read the Hunger Games or Harry Potter.

You have a lot of really good books on your list of to read. I'm not sure how old you are but series of unfortunate events is more for kid. They are good books, but its not something I think an older teen or adult would like. Also, I don't know if your into werewolves but maggie stiefvater has an awesome trilogy. The first book is called shiver. She also has two books about faeries if your into that...lament and ballad. My friend just got me into an excellent series called the dresden files by jim butcher...think harry potter meets sherlock holmes. It's adult fiction tho...not teen. Graceling is an excellent book...I didn't like the prequel fire as much but that's my opinion...and the sequel to graceling called bitterblue just came out a few days ago. Also the tv show smallville has books out now...haven't read them tho but if they are like the show then they will be good. Its about superman's teen years, and before you say oh that sounds dumb...it's actually really good. I didn't think I'd like it but I do. Lots of fantasy, action, betrayal...can't wait to see what the books are like.
Ok that's all my brain can think of right now. :)

Just a heads up....not all Vampire books are like Twilight. Some are actually good like Dracula or Interview with a Vampire.

Do read Harry Potter, it's pretty awesome. I'd also suggest anything by Tamora Pierce, because she has several very good series.
