How can i gain weight?
I am 14 years old and weight about 108 pounds now. I am also 5 5 nd a half. This is extremely low considering i was 115 last year and not fat at all... I went on a diet and yee it messed things up. Now i am trying to get bk on track. I want to stop counting calories but i can't what can I do. Anyways how many calories should a 14 year old boy whos trying to gain muscle eat ? ( I exericise about 5 times a week and 3 are resistance.)
I am trying to gain weight not loose weight... Another thing is that 20 x 108 = about 2160 calories, ive been eating close to 2500/2400 calories and been maintaining or even loosing weight..

i think it's like 2,500. because 2,000 is the normal for adults, and since your still growing and exercise and such you need to take in more calories because you burn them faster.

Weight Gain, 18-20 Calories per Lb of bodyweight.
Proteins, Healthy Fats, Starchy Carbs etc.

Eat about 870 a day. Hope it helped!
