My wife is having problems getting all the hair spay out of her hair?
Now to fully explain. She has tried quite a few shampoos and nothing seems to work. She has long hair, she uses a curling iron then sprays. And it's moderate not heavy spay, but, it is "Mega Hold" hair spray. We have tried VO 5 Hot Oil treatment. We tried ones that say "Super Clean" shampoos and nothing works. Please give us some suggestions

Try a clarifying shampoo neutrogena makes one or you can make one by mixing baking soda and a gel shampoo

That's bizarre. First, she should ditch this crazy hair spray if it's that difficult to get out. Then, I guess she'll just have to keep washing.
Btw, when it says "mega hold" that means it is heavier than the others.

after she washes and conditions her hair in the shower (while still in the shower) take about two cups of cider vinagar (get it really cheap at walmart) and rinse her hair until starting from the roots and let it sit for a min or two then rewash and a tiny bit of conditioner should do the trick
